Head & Shoulders Moisture Care Product Review

Disclaimer: I tested these Head & Shoulders Moisture Care products for free, but all opinions are my own. 

 I thought Head and Shoulders products were for individuals who suffer with dandruff. Fortunately, I do not have dandruff. Nonetheless, it is difficult for me to find products that work for my hair. I have very thick coarse textured hair and I struggle with dry itchy scalp. So, I was ecstatic when I heard about the new Head and Shoulders Moisture Care Collection. I was even more ecstatic to be one of many to be selected  by BzzAgent to use and review these products. 

The Head and Shoulders Moisture Care line consisted of the 2-in-1 Dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner, Co-Wash and Scalp Soother. The Head & Shoulders Moisture Care line was designed for individuals with textured hair. The products active ingredient is Pyrithione Zinc which is for fighting Dandruff.  It will provide moisture, fight against dandruff, relieve dryness, irritations and soothe your itchy scalp. 

Since going natural, I wash my hair every other week and I co-wash in between. The 2-in-1 Dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner left my scalp feeling oh so fresh, clean and smelling great. Most importantly, my hair felt moisturized and it was manageable. The Co-Wash is amazing. It also left my hair feeling squeaky clean, smelling great and manageable. 

I am addicted to the Scalp Soother. This has done wonders for my itchy dry scalp. The smell of peppermint is quite pleasant and not too strong. Guess what?, it does not leave behind an oily residue. The tingling sensation felt cool and refreshing to my scalp. After using it several days in a row, I noticed my scalp did not itch as much.

Thirty-seven years ago today, I blessed the world with my presence. I do not make a fuss of my birthday because I do the same thing every year. NOTHING! I do not plan anything because it is around the time school begins. My daughter's birthday is also a few days later. Those events are far more important. So as a result, I do not do anything . Now that I think about it, in all of my years on this earth I have never had a birthday celebration that consisted of my friends and my family. I have had  intimate gatherings. Each one I had consisted of my immediate family only. This is also because I don't consider everyone I know or associate with my friend. .  After doing a lot of reflecting, I noticed that I have never celebrated anything that I have accomplished in my adult life. Happy 10th Birthday Nyasia

It was a cold February day. I recall being at work and talking to my friend/coworker "Medina". I told her that my menstrual cycle was late and I needed to go to Duane Reade during lunch. That day I took a total of four pregnancy test. I needed to make sure because of a previous experience I had with her sister Tereya. When I was pregnant with Tereya, I  also took three test. The results were not accurate. One was positive, two were negative and finally a positive blood test. There is no need for me to elaborate, we all know how the story ended. Lol! September 8th, is a very special day. God blessed me with my second daughter one decade ago today. I remember that night as if it were yesterday. If it were up to the ER physician, Nyasia would have been born in the elevator or the sidewalk. My Ob/Gyn was performing a c-section and he barely made it in time to deliver my baby. My Browngirl Is Graduating From College Today

Screaming Congratulations!!! Today is Tereya's big day. She is graduating from Brooklyn College. Tereya has accomplished so much. I am so proud of her and the young lady she has become. She did not have the opportunity to take her graduation pictures, nor did she have a traditional graduation ceremony today.  We were not able to schedule hair, nail and make up appointments. My plan is to have her do these things as well have her photos taken to commerate this accomplishment. The pandemic came in wreaking havoc on our lives. She had to complete her final semester of college remotely. It was a challenge, but she did not let that or Corona deter her. She held onto the goal and trusted the process. It was not easy, but it was worth it. Guess what Tinkerbell, YOU did it.  You have set the path for your only sister. You may get on each others nerves, but she looks up to you.
